Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in kraft tube boxes or in flat cartons.

Processing Time:

Each product is individually printed and assembled when you order it, so please allow 3-5 business days manufacture time for your prints.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Europe: 1-5 business days. North America: 1-10 business days. Asia Pacific: 3-15 business days. Latin America and the Caribean: 10-20 business days.
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Prints will be shipped from Spain and from Colombia depending on where you need the prints to be sent. Prints are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps or in flat cartons. Due to high demand, prints ordered after December 5th are NOT guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

Returns:

We want you to be stoked with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please contact us within: 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.

For custom (Size, limited edition etc) orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us a photo verification of the damaged goods to [email protected], then we’ll gladlys send a replacement at no cost to you within the estimated shipping days.
